    Unsere Villa Hort Tres Cames ist ein wunderschönes mallorquinisches Landhaus in privilegierter Lage in der Gegend von 'La Font' in Pollensa, nur 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt mit ihrer exzellenten Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants sowie den Stränden von Die Touristenkomplexe Cala San Vicente und Puerto Pollensa erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Minuten. Inmitten wunderschöner, reifer Gärten mit hauptsächlich Zitrus- und Kiefernbäumen bietet das Haus einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Umgebung und die Berge der Serra de Tramuntana sowie auf die Bucht von Pollensa. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig mit Holzbalken und Fliesenböden. Von der überdachten möblierten Terrasse führt der Haupteingang zu einem Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und DVD. Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für 12 Personen und die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Geschirrspüler. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss und von diesem Wohnzimmer aus führt ein Flur zu zwei Doppelzimmern, beide mit en-suite Duschräumen, Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren. Eine Treppe führt in den ersten Stock zu einem Sitzbereich in der Galerie mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Fernseher mit Satellitenanschluss. Von dieser Ebene aus haben Sie Zugang zum Hauptschlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und einer privaten Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Die anderen Schlafzimmer haben auch eine Dusche und Klimaanlage. Eine Wendeltreppe führt zum Arbeitszimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und die ferne Bucht. Das Studio verfügt über einen Ventilator anstelle einer Klimaanlage und teilt sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche im ersten Stock. Draußen im weitläufigen, geschlossenen Garten gibt es einen großen Swimmingpool und ein separates Kinderbecken. Die weitläufigen Gärten sind perfekt für große Familien und für diejenigen, die gerne Spiele spielen, gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte. Wenn Sie mehr sitzende Aktivitäten und Entspannung bevorzugen, gibt es bequeme Korbstühle und Liegen am Pool. Auf einer der überdachten Terrassen gibt es einen eingebauten Grill neben dem originalen Brotofen und einen großen Esstisch im Freien mit Sitzgelegenheiten für große Gruppen. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine.

    Dies ist das ideale Ferienhaus für große Familien oder kleinere Gruppen, die in den Urlaub kommen.
