    Description

    This charming modern villa is located in Alcanada, only a few minutes' drive from Port Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, the best golf course in Mallorca, a small beach and bathing on the rocks.

    The pool is situated in front of the villa and has sun loungers and parasol for a relaxing holiday.
    The bright living room is impeccably furnished with spacious and comfortable sofas, a large TV and a sitting table and chairs, which has stunning views of the sea and the bay of Alcudia. In front of the property is the beach with crystal clear waters.
    The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped.
    The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with two single beds, they share a bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed with en suite bathroom with shower.
    There is private parking in the same building. In the large garage, we have a place to store bicycles. This is why the accommodation is available for cyclists.
    In addition, we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
    It is the ideal place for a large family wishing to stay within walking distance of the centre of Alcudia, with good beaches nearby and with a dreamlike view.
