    Denna charmiga moderna villa ligger i Alcanada, bara några minuters bilresa från Port Alcudia. Området erbjuder några bra restauranger, Mallorcas bästa golfbana, en liten strand och bad på klipporna.

    Poolen ligger framför villan och har solstolar och parasoll för en avkopplande semester.
    Det ljusa vardagsrummet är oklanderligt möblerat med rymliga och bekväma soffor, en stor TV och ett sittbord med stolar, som har en fantastisk utsikt över havet och Alcudiabukten. Framför fastigheten ligger stranden med kristallklart vatten.
    Det moderna och eleganta köket är fullt utrustat.
    Villan har 5 sovrum och rymmer upp till 8 personer. På bottenvåningen finns ett sovrum med ett badrum med dusch. På första våningen finns 3 sovrum, ett med våningssäng och ett med två enkelsängar, som delar på ett badrum med badkar. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med eget badrum med badkar. På första våningen finns ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng med eget badrum med dusch.
    Det finns privat parkering i samma byggnad. I det stora garaget har vi en plats för förvaring av cyklar. Därför är boendet tillgängligt för cyklister.
    Dessutom har vi fiberoptik med höghastighetsinternet för att kunna distansarbeta.
    Det är den perfekta platsen för en stor familj som vill bo på gångavstånd från Alcudias centrum, med bra stränder i närheten och drömlika vyer.
